Chest, Back, Shoulders Triceps

Bench Press:
85kg x9 RP +3 RP +2

Weighted Pull Ups:
+12.5kg x4 RP +2 RP +1

Deadlifts:
200kg x4 (440lbs) <--- YEAD BUDDY!!

Seated Dumbbell Press:
35kg Dbs x7 RP +1 RP +1

Weighted Dips:
+30kg x3 RP +2 RP +1

Good Workout, very happy with the deadlift.
